Terms of Service

1. Who we are

NITRO NIGHTS (the "Game") is operated by [Entity name], [registered address] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires it, to create an account. You may not use the Game where doing so is against the law where you are.

3. Accounts

One person, one account. You are responsible for your sign-in email and for keeping your wallet passphrase and exported private key safe. We cannot recover a wallet if you lose both.

4. REP and on-chain records

  • REP is a score with no monetary value. It cannot be bought, sold or transferred.
  • On-chain records. When the game server grants a free-roam pick-up, it is recorded on Robinhood Chain testnet against your address. The record is public and permanent. It has no value and gives no right to anything.
  • There is no token. Nothing in the Game can be bought, sold, claimed or withdrawn.

5. Fair play

Race results are verified by replaying your inputs on our servers. You may not use bots, modified clients, macros that automate racing, multiple accounts, account sharing, or exploit bugs. We may withhold or reverse REP, remove allocations from an unpublished epoch, suspend accounts, and refuse withdrawals linked to abuse. Accounts that share a device with many other accounts are paused for review.

6. Wallets

An address is created and encrypted in your browser when you sign up, so that your records have an owner. We never receive your private key or passphrase. We pay the network fees for the records.

7. Quests and referrals

Quest and referral rewards are paid in REP. Referral rewards apply only to friends who meet the published milestone and are not linked to your device. Self-referrals are not allowed.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the Game, these terms and the rules for REP and records, with notice on this site where reasonable. You may stop playing at any time. Records already written to the chain stay there.

9. Liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by blockchain networks, wallets, smart contract bugs, or your loss of credentials.

10. Governing law

11. Other games

Not affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts. This site hosts none of their games' code or data.
